- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Level II (unarmed) or Level III (armed) Texas DPS security license, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable working overnight, weekend, or event-based shifts
- Clear, professional communication for incident reporting
